Description
I've run into the following type error a few times when attempting to run Sarge, but can't find the origin or the reason for it.
libc++abi.dylib: terminating with uncaught exception of type std::invalid_argument: bitset string ctor has invalid argument
It would be helpful if there was an explanation in the error message.
Also, it would be nice to have a small example of a Sarge-type input file in the repo so users can see there's a problem with their input file... In this case I think the issue is that I'm using ms with recombination: the ms2sarge_input.py script doesn't seem to handle the multiple trees correctly. But it's hard to tell without an error message.
Thanks very much!
