Unknown but I am guessing about 40.

May 22 (start and end). 7am to 10:30am ET

Reset Date
default of 7 days is fine

Resources
2Gb default should be fine but might need 4Gb for one tutorial.

Once we confirm

You will see your event in the workshop spreadsheet.
Your event password will be live on the "Password Change Date" in column 1 in the spreadsheet.

Checkboxes for organizer and hub POC

• Hub POC: Sent confirmation to organizer
• Organizer: I have given a password to hub POC or received one.
• Hub POC: Submitted a ticket to 2i2c for the workshop. Using password for prior workshop.
• Organizer: Two weeks before event. I have tested the default hub images on the nmfs-openscapes.2i2c.cloud hub or conferred with hub POC on plan for workshop specific hub.
• Organizer: In the week before the event (or when POC indicates password should be live). I tested that the workshop password works and images work.
• Hub POC: After event, put in a 2i2c ticket to remove the participants directories, cleared shared-public, and reset password.

Thanks @eeholmes. Do you know the size of instances participants will need? As per our discussion, we will use the existing password for this workshop, and reset it after.
