Auto-generated NMIND Badge includes incorrect link

I noticed what appears to be a new feature here

This is a great idea and I would like to follow up with the various HBCD pipeline developers to add this badge to their documentation sites, but the link for embedding in a md file doesn't appear to work

In this case at least, the link in the badge is: https://nmind.org/proceedings/HBCD_EEG_Utilities

When it should be: https://www.nmind.org/proceedings/hbcd-eeg-utilities/

Thanks for noticing this - I also noticed a bug with the colors. Working on a fix already - will try ping when this gets pushed in!

The script to create the badge was created without any external dependencies, so once this is fixed, the script can be called directly to generate the shields for already evaluated tools!

@LuciMoore - fix for this was just merged in. This script can be used to manually create NMIND badge for existing checklists (the bot will run for all new / updated checklists with the instructions for adding to README).

Running the script should be pretty straightforward, but below is also the command used:

python create_badge.py <path_to_checklist.json>
