fix genkeys.sh issue where incorrect conio_keys is generated if bad includes #33
Description
As mentioned in #naim, sometimes genkeys.sh will produce a bad conio_keys.h if
the includes are
not set up the first time. The file will never be regenerated, which leads to
issues like keys not
working on Solaris.
