Plugin git_to_atom not working

The `git_to_atom` plugin stopped working without any visible error message, `gitcommits.atom` is no longer generated.
Worked around by fetching `https://github.com/nnev/website/commits/master.atom` after updating the website.
Maybe this `curl` call could be done via `jekyll`instead.
