expects wrong steam installation home path

it expects ~/.local/share/Steam/
but steam is installed in ~/.steam/debian-installation/

symlinking these directories doesn't work, but making the folder ~/.local/share/Steam and symlinking everything that's found in ~/.steam/debian-installation/* does as a work-around.
