Unable to read: Read connection closed

When click push, it show this error
Unable to read: Read connection closed, push failed, from the log, below is the detail log information

When I use the same device token push with SamartPush, it show push success, but I could not seen the notification banner on my iPhone.

Does any one known this issue?
