Release version to Maven repository

Once the 0.1.0 release will be completed, its artifacts must be published to Maven repository.

In progress, waiting for Sonatype approval now.

Sonatype approved, already published to Bintray repo, updated Wiki to reflect this. Now last step is to sync Bintray to Maven Central.

Some details required to sync Bintray repo to Maven Central were missing in build.sbt and blocked the sync of released version 0.1.0. This will be fixed in version 0.2.0 so this version will be the first one synced to Maven Central.
