Only Admin User should be able to add widget to a room.

I would like to have only one user to be able to add the widget to a room. The other users should not be able to add it.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would like to have a environment variable that allows only one user to add the widget to a room. But every user in the room should be able to use the tool.
