Is the latest chef-api (v0.6.0) stable and complete ?

I'am really interested into using your node implementation of the Chef API ! But before I would want to know some details about the state of the implementation:

1. Is the latest chef-api (v0.6.0) stable and complete ?
2. In other words, do you recommend this node API to be use applications in production ?
3. Or is there some known issues or soft/hard limitations to know before investing to this solution ?
