innr FL 130 C Ledstrip changing color ramdom

Describe the bug:
when added to homey, you can choose for random color in a flow. this does not seem to work. so adding the light and changing the color and dimming al work fine in the phoscon app as wel in homey deconz. but the random color picker does not seem to work.

every time the light comes on the color wil be different.

Reproduced with another light, so this actually is not bug with the concrete LED strip
Can you confirm that this random color flow action works with other (not deCONZ) lights?

so when i use this ledstrip via homey itself and innr app it works fine with the random color flow action. and if i add the ledstrip to hue bridge the random color flow also does not work.

i have to adress my last commit. adding the ledstrip to the hue bridge the random color flow also works.
