FR : Add "Never" as another option for the 'Auto pin' setting

Problem

There are multiple situations, when we are only bothered to just peek into the internal links, and do not want the pop-up window (Hover PopOver) to persist. In which case when the pop-up window has been opened and even if we drag it or resized it, we would like the window to still get closed if we pressed outside the HE.

Possible Solution

• Auto Pin setting has only two options, but giving the power to users to have also "Never" as an option can solve this problem and it will work just like the in-built hoverPopOver feature. In this case only if user want the pop-up to persist on the screen, then they can click on the pin button to pin it down. Because, doesn't matter even if one user wants this, but giving that option will surely make this plugin more versatile.
