Add a synchronization status view

Add a view for displaying synchronization status. This should be a modal dialog, to prevent users from changing configuration while a synchronization job is in progress.

Consider Windows 7 integration to display progress in taskbar (not a priority for 2.0, but nice to have if there's time)
