Seems to add unrelated revisions together as well as create lots of duplicates. Fun.

Should also think about whether we markdownify in the popovers.

Wants refactoring from the ground up most likely, could look at #447 and #445 at the same time.

Sort of fixed now. Level qualifications don't show up in lists though they should.
