Module disabled from admin results in Error when trying to access it

Hi

I just installed this extension via composer. When I got to "my-site/admin/modules" link there was the list of all default modules. When I disabled shopcart module then it gave me "Undefined index: shopcart" if I tried to access "my-site/shopcart" link.
