目前精读功能存在两个主要问题：

1. 缺乏进度反馈：点击精读按钮后，界面没有任何进展提示或进度显示，用户无法了解精读的完成情况，也无法得知精读过程消耗的Token数量。
2. 操作中断问题：在进行精读过程中，如果点击时间线、记忆等其他功能按钮，精读会自动中断，需要重新开始。

重现步骤

1. 打开软件，选择需要精读的内容
2. 点击"精读"按钮
3. 观察界面变化（通常没有任何视觉反馈）
4. 尝试点击"时间线"、"记忆"或其他功能按钮
5. 观察精读过程是否被中断

期望行为

1. 进度显示：精读过程中应显示进度条、百分比或明确的进度提示
