how do you get dhcp4 udp broadcast traffic to the container?

I cannot get this example to work.  And, honestly, I don't understand how it is supposed to work.  How and where does outside traffic go to the containers?  The Nodeport-Service is allocating a different port number.

Is there something I am missing?
