Remove client.js altogether

The issues are independent:

• we can improve the helpers without improving the example
• we can improve the example without refactoring existing helpers, just by adding new helpers for event handlers, or by modifying only the example itself without introduction of any generic helpers

They are only related by the fact that now we have to use the DSL to improve the chat.
