May I ask a stupid question
I try to find how to hide the word "Shut down" in a theme I modified I fond the class logoffdestbackground and see the image used
but I want to hide or change the "Shut down" text in the theme where to change it please

Editing text strings has nothing to do with msstyles. You have to find and modify the code in the corresponding binary file, which is completely different and quite difficult to do.
