How to update KTZ to load after recent ESU Windows Update

Windows Version: W10

Question
I've used a theme abandoned by Niivu, KTZ for a few years without issue. Now, since a Update and reboot, I'm not able to apply and/or login with any variant of KTZ selected

Things you already tried
SecureUxTheme 4, 3 and UltraUXThemePatcher

Checklist

• My uxtheme.dll is patched
• I am using the latest version of msstyleEditor
• I checked the Wiki
• None of the other issues cover this

I don't have a solution here. Sure its just the KTZ theme, or any theme?
If its just the KTZ theme, you could try is to use Theme > Export Info for it and for aero.msstyles and
see if there are any material differences. Meaning new classes or parts in aero, that KTZ doesn't have.
