Hey,

I tried to install this repo, but ran into problems with the conda channel setup for pyrosetta since the licencing environment doesnt exist anymore.

Is there a way to circumvent that.

Alternativly is there a way to simply modify the normal AF2 download in a way that it can run Initial guess ?

add https://conda.rosettacommons.org this channel to the .condarc file instead the channel with username and password may solve this issue.
