zephyr: nrf_wifi: Update RPU patch to rev#99fb8c0f732

UMAC:
   Fixes an issue where valid P2P devices were filtered during
   a connect scan due to strict SSID length matching.

LMAC:
   P2P NOA Bug Fix.
   Linker issue fix in Raw modes.
   LMAC BIMG offset change.
   Version update from 1.2.14.6 to 1.2.14.7.
