Quote ranks do not update

When trying to give a + or -, there's no response from the site, after refreshing the page, there's no change.

I think I wanted to implement it, but never did because it would require storing the IPs of people who voted for particular quotes and limiting them to 1 vote per day or something like that, and I couldn't make up my mind on how to do that. We'd also need a new route like /vote/<quote_id>/.
