Integrate Webhooks.

There are many issues right now with using `yowsup`, the numbers are being blocked as I assume whatsapp do not like this sort of usage.

I would suggest, we could use another method to interact with this app, maybe webhooks? It would then work with slack etc.

Or maybe even a REST API.
