Idea: add to list for `repeat-complex-command`

Currently, embark doesn't save information about the last executed command in Emacs lists (I believe). For example, I use embark to `describe` some variable I'm changing, then do some modifications, then I want to rerun the command, I have to go back to the variable to rerun embark again.

Is this something that should be part of embark?
