rofl: Support disabling the console and other features in app manifest

We should add an option to disable the console in the app manifest. This would simply omit the console config from the kernel command line.

Similarly there should be support to disable the proxy functionality in the app manifest. Maybe a separate features field where you could set things like console: disabled and proxy: disabled.
