Arch installs

For those wishing to install on arch distros, remove or comment out all the apt-get stuff. And from the line #update first on you can add the following pacman install lines. Of course, you can just copy those lines, run them and then having edited out the apt-get stuff the install script should set up everything else.

    # update first...
    # for simh:
        sudo pacman -S pcre sdl2_net sdl2_image sdl2_mixer
        sudo pacman -S vde2 libpcap lxterminal libxft telnet
