Errors in boot.ini.bilquist

Although none of these affect the installation, it would be good to have them fixed.

1. Line 13
   Change "type-delua" to "type=delua". The line is commented out, but someone might want to activate it without noticing.

2. Line 71
   Path should refer to "/opt/pidp11/systems/rsx11bq/".

As a courtesy to Johnny, it might be nice to name the file using the correct spelling of his name (with two 'l's) - would require an update in install.sh as well.
