[Enhancement]: Async UserMemory

Description

UserMemory provides a very useful high-level wrapper on top of Memory class, but it can currently only be used through synchronized methods, which can cause blocking in high-concurrency scenarios.

My use case is a high-traffic chatbot that integrates llm conversational features. I’m planning to use powermem to manage user memories efficiently and build per-user profiles over time. The bot continuously receives messages from multiple users and group chats at the same time, so access to UserMemory happens frequently and concurrently.

As for contributing, I’d be glad to help by testing, providing feedback, or validating the solution, but I think it would make more sense for the implementation to be handled by the maintainers.
