[Suggestion] Wandering traders can buy artifacts from players.

Maybe if wandering traders could buy artifacts from players it would be nice.
Since the dupes either are forgotten in a chest or thrown out, selling would be a nice way to get rid of them.

This seems like a good suggestion to address #180. While I'm not actively adding new features right now (I still haven't started porting any of my mods beyond 1.21.1), I'll keep it in mind for a future update.
