[Suggestion] Make stray cats trust players with Kitty Slippers on

I thought about how less frustrating it would be to tame cats if you had them on, and how much it would make sense.

I'm not completely opposed to this idea, but for the sake of keeping things simple I don't think the Kitty Slippers need another effect on top of the ones it already has. I'll keep this open for now to think it over.
