PSG settings should change for SG-1000/similar mode

The noise pattern and periodic noise interval changes between SMS/GG and SG/SC/OMV. Meka should swap the mode (possibly by using a newer/better PSG emulator...) based on the emulated system. Currently it's hard-coded to SMS mode.
