Update odin-data adapters to understand meta data responses

Implement the Python adapter changes so that they understand the meta data structure replies contained within FP message replies and can embed this correctly within the ParameterTree structure.

Ensure we can do a GET with -H 'Accept: application/json;metadata=True' and see the same response that we get from statically defined parameter trees ([https://github.com//issues/348#issuecomment-2903774846]).
