"ssl_error_handshake_failure_alert" occurred

I had successfully imported user certificate to firefox and access secure website.

However, once I turn off my devices(Android2.3.3,GalaxyTab and Android4.0.1,GalaxyNexus) , then ssl_error_handshake_failure_alert occurred and I can't access the same secure website though I choose the same certificate.

This problem is solved by re-importing the same certificate.

Well, I must say, this happened to me also. No idea why yet.

This happens to me also, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, Firefox 10.0.2 and Cert-Manager 1.3.
After turning off the device, the certificate is still here, because firefox lets me select it when I connect to my web server, however I guess it is not used/presented to the server. I have to reimport the certificate in order to be able to login to my web server, and then it works well until I turn the tablet off again.

Did you investigate the matter since? Do you plan an update?

Hint for other users, using Astro file manager, I needed to choose an ".cer" suffix for my certificate, otherwise it would not be displayed for import.

Found a workaround! Seems the problem is related to the master password not being requested and therefore the cert cannot be read.

The workaround is as follows:

• when you receive the ssl_error_handshake_failure_ error
• go to another tab with a website that requires logon with a SAVED password
• firefox should ask for the master password and after that
• go to the cert-protected page and it should work.

I need help!
Once I've upgraded firefox on my Samsung Tablet 10.1, Cert Maneger doesn't work, so I' ve unistalled firefox and re-installed it again, but now I can't add cert manager on my firefox.
I need it to work, because I need to install a. p12 certificate on the browser to open my work web site.
Could you help me, please?
