The reason the exe does nothing is because it is malware i would recommend factory resetting your pc.

You're supposed to compile it yourself. The malicious code is hidden at the very far right in one of the files, so most people would just look over a few, compile it, then get hacked. I've reported this git (multiple other people have as well) and it is still up. Don't think about running it unless you're completely fine with not receiving the thing you're looking for + getting your PC compromised as well.

I installed it, however my Anti-virus hasn't picked up on it, I have no idea what to do as I dont want to faactory reset.
