Refactor: Move brush hover preview to separate component #6
Description
Can pass in the isHovering as a bindable property to the canvas and then also pass it into the HoverPreview component to only render out when it is true. Additionally, you can allow for a style prop to be passed in so that whenever a brush is chosen, the design prop can be grabbed from the brush's object and passed into the preview.
