Migrating timemapper to datopian and site to e.g. timemapper.datahub.io

@jobarratt I'd like to relocate this datopian and move the site from timemapper.okfnlabs.org probably to datahub.io or a subdomain. Would that be ok?

Context: this is another project that I created and maintained (https://github.com/okfn/timemapper/graphs/contributors). Not much has been happening on it since I left so i'd like to take it on again ...
