Create new frontend for Timemapper

With the new backend created as described on #227, we would need to create a new frontend to:

• Display a timemap (there is already some work for that here https://github.com/aivuk/TimeMapper2)
• Display an user timemaps
• Create an user in the system
• Interface for the user to add new timemaps or edit the existing ones
