Feature Request: app-specific environment variables like URL for GitLab #258
Description
As we continue to expose more and more tests publicly, there are some tests which will not be able to be exposed for any number of reasons, including being closed-source, licensed, or under NDA. It would be nice if a specific application's harness input file (rgt.inp) can specify the GitLab instance to search for that specific app. This would allow us to set our public tests as our default GitLab, but then over-ride that on a per-test basis. This may already be possible, but I'd like to make it more intuitive.
