Problem with Javascript code in the textarea

When the textarea contains Javascript it messes up (empty textarea, weird behaviour).

I can confirm the same as @petsagouris . This is happening on every template that inline JS on the page for me.

Yes... The extension breaks when it sees javascript! In my case even this single line can produce an error:

<script src="http://www.mysite.com/workspace/js/myscript.js"></script>

This is what my debug console shows:
