Add --diff-from option to "send" command #10
Description
When someone else not using jip pushes to a branch when there is no nicely formatted diff comment. If then rebasing and sending again the diff will be incomplete. This parameter allows specifying a commit hash to use as the --from for jj interdiff. It only works when "send" resolves to a single change.
