Editor cannot see module

Hello and thank you for your help in advance,

My Editor users can not access CSV Import : the module is not visible on the side of the admin page.
I guess that this is the chosen module behavior, but I would like to modify it.
I have looked into the module.config and at the module development documentation, but I don't understand what I would need to modify (and I'm not even sure if this is where I would need to do the changes).

Does anyone know how I could give access to the module to the Editor role ?
