New feature: save cell-type-sepcific expression profiles

I was thinking about one simple feature to be added to SimBu: the possibility of saving the expression profile of each cell type (simple pseudobulk per cell type, weighted by their correct mRNA scaling factor). This could be controlled by a dedicated argument (TRUE/FALSE).

How does this sound to you?
