Weaving clinical data

Hello, 
Concerning the "weaving" of clinical data, why are we not following the same structure as for the other one (l.429 to 456), only modifing the separator of the table ("," instead of "\t")? 
In this configuration, the table is displayed in the logging which should not be the case. 
I think it is coming from the function _ontoweaver.extract_table()_ ?
