One entrypoint for parsing different distributions from excel

Describe the feature

I often need to process different sheets: student group distribution, elective distribution, English groups distributions, student email x Russian name. And it is exhausting process, also it slow down many processes. Will be good to have some page on website with dragndrop for excel files and it will parse everything automatically, save in database and that info will be used f.e. in Events. Also, I want to see some statistics to check if parser performed well, history of previous uploads. Nice to have feature to export everything in one big excel file with several sheets: Students, Student Group, Elective, English Group.

Suggested solution

Endpoint for admin in accounts api named "parse" or something like this. Separate page on innohassle under /admin path. Sections "Students", "Student Groups", "Electives", "English Groups" where history is shown and is possible to add new excel file, also each section has statistics, and each file also has statistics. Possible to click on file and download it.
