[Sport Bot] Authorization error

Describe the bug

Whenever the user enters one's InNoHassle Account, enters the app/Google website, and clicks Continue, the bot sends the same message with a prompt to log into the InNoHassle account. Multiple attempts have been done to fix it, yet nothing helped.

When a user does not have Student status, the API returns 401 on /profile/student

@ArtemSBulgakov, I think the bot cannot do anything with this error. I can add a root handler for this error and send some informative message to the user. Will it fix the issue? What should the bot tell to the user, when InNoHassle account is linked but it doesn't have access to Sport API?

The bug mainly occurs in the start of academic year, so we can postpone this issue till InnoSport API v2 is implemented. API v2 will have options to know whether a user is a student or not.
