How to produce "label" ?

In "helm/data/llamachat13b/data.json", each llm-generated sentence has a "label". But i have trouble to find the code used to produce these labels.
Step 1 in README only generate "new_entities" and "original_entities". How exactly the labels are produced. @oneal2000
