"Offer Seats" and "Recurring Event" cannot be enabled at the same time

Issue Summary

In the Event Type settings, there is a conflict between the Seats feature and the Recurring Event feature. Enabling one automatically blocks the other, making it impossible to create a recurring event that also has multiple seats.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Event Types and select an event.
2. Navigate to the Advanced tab.
3. Toggle Offer seats to ON.
4. Try to toggle Recurring event to ON.
5. Try the reverse: Turn Recurring event on first, then try to enable Offer seats.
