[BUG] 0.9 breaks aether

Current Behavior

Aether is now pinned to v0.8.1-0.20250202234348-69de8fd4c335 in order to continue to work.

Not sure what changed in this release to make it not work anymore but it cant resolve the FCL contract at import FCL at 0xFCL.

Expected Behavior

Fcl-dev-wallet continues to be a composable product that others can build upon.

Steps To Reproduce

1. check out this version of aether a20e9d7
2. ensure it is using 0.9 of dev wallet
3. start aether and the provided frontend in example
4. try to log in.

I honestly think it would be best if FCL and FCLCrypto where added in the emulator and not in the dev-wallet app when you access the ui. onflow/flow-emulator#797

I've fixed this now - looks like it had to do with build issues introduced by previous dependency updates. I can functionally use the dev wallet in the aether example on my end.
