Suggestions: Change repository name, logo and website

Susgestions:

1. Consider follow the same repository nomenclature, as:
   https://github.com/ontio
   https://github.com/ontio-community
   https://github.com/ontio-ddxf
   https://github.com/ontio-ontid
   https://github.com/ontio-cyano

I suggest rename to: https://github.com/ontio-fs or https://github.com/ontio-ontfs
2. I know is beta, but ONTFS must be uppercase? What about ont-fs or Ont-FS?
3. Website. Consider replace the background image to something more professional.
